• Juki Central Europe at Texprocess 2017

Once again Juki Cental Europe is returing to Texprocess and this year with it's largest booth ever. From stand C90 in Hall 5 JCE will showcase its latest advancments and some world firsts. Texprocess is the new leading international trade fair for processing textile and flexible materials. It takes place parallel to Techtextil, International Trade Fair for Technical Textiles and Nonwovens, in Frankfurt am Main.

With over 60 sewing machines and a variety of specialised showcases this years exhibition promises to be the best yet.

The Juki Central Europe booth will be split into 10 different sections to better display the solutions we have on offer. From sportswear to automotive production there will be a variety of production processes on show.

Shoes & Leather Goods
In this section we will introduce heavy duty sewing machines that are suitable for a wide range of sewing processes including some brand new machines in the Juki offer.  
                                                           
Automotive & Upholstery                                                             
In this section we will introduce heavy duty sewing machines that are most suitable for automobile interiors and furniture production 

Digital Sewing System   
In the digital sewing system section, the flexibility digitization allows will be demonstrated, such as fast changeover of sewing items or material. We will also introduce applications exploiting 'IoT technology'.
                                      
Polo, Sportswear & Underwear   
This machine section will show a lineup of a number of the latest machines for underwear and sportswear production. Some specialised machines for the production of polo tops will also be on show.
                                                                                 
Jeans     
In the jeans section we will introduce automatic machines, including the AMS-221ENTS-3020 / X90004 (two-color sewing jeans pocket setter). As well as automates we will show equipment that has excellent material handling capability, productivity, quality and easier operation than ever. 
                                                                                        
Shirts, Work Wear & Apparel     
It is in this area that we will introduce the latest machines for sewing outerwear - excellent in productivity, quality, material compatibility, and flexibility. This is including a number of automatic machines to better improve your factories productivity.
                                                  
Automotive  
In this section we will introduce heavy duty sewing machines with the implementation of a sample smart line with connected sewing machines via a network system using the latest digital terminal solutions.

Household Sewing Machine
In this section we will demonstrate a number of our state of the art home sewing machines. We will exhibit the new Computer Sewing Machine DX2000-QVP  

 

 

Juki being at the forfront of technology in the sewing machine sector will introduce a number of brand new machines for the Texprocess exhibition. For many of these models this is the first time the public will be allowed see them and we are as excited as you to showcase these world's firsts!
