AB-1351 is the world's first belt-loop attaching machine with the ability to solely sew seven different belt-loop sewing patterns.

This automatic sewing machine attaches shoelace loops to the tongue section of sports shoes. Since the sewing machine is provided with an LED marking light (cross shape light), misalignment will not occur. Shoelace loop attaching process can be carried out in sequence, thereby realizing the industry's shortest cycle time.

Applicability to vertical stripe patterns has been improved. The newly-develpoed sub-clamp mechanism prevents slippage of the material to enable accurate and consistent buttonholing.

The sewing machine is a computer-controlled cycle machine provided with an input function. The sewing machine carrries out the entire sequence of embroidering according to the preliminarily in a fully-automatic manner. With this function, the machine enables even an inexperienced operator.

The AMS-210EN-1510-X90015 and AMS-210EN-1510-X90023 are Juki's new computer controled cycle controled sewing machines with a full rotary, 3-fold capacity hook. It is perfectly suited to the sewing of automotive seat belts, safty harnesses as well as a range of leather goods. The larger hook reduces the frequency of the bobbin thread replacement, enhancing efficiency while sewing thick thread.

This computer controlled cycle machine takes aout labels piece by piece from a pre-set bundle oflabels, moves on small label and four large labels to the moving cassete of the label clamp device. Then the lable clamp device carries the labels to the sewing position. The type of sewing machine can be selected either the type for attaching labels on the garment body or the type for only sewing labels according to the application of use. Label size: Large label 35mm x 70mm ; Small label: 18mm x 36mm.

Newly developed optional attachments for JUKI’s AMS Series Improve the machines ease of use as well as combining to increase productivity. The attachments equiped onto this machine include: Thread Heat Trimmer; Automatic Bobbin Changer; Bobbin/ thread sensors and a thread puller.
