Automotive Interiors exhibition in Stuttgart this coming November 2021

AUtomotive Interiors 2021 took place on November 9-11at the Messe Stuttgart. It was a treat for products hunters being found in vehicles from just about every car manufacturer you can name, from Ferrari, Maserati, McLaren and Porsche through to GM, Volkswagen, Jaguar, BMW, Kia Toyota and Chery to name just a few!

During this year's show we had tours being held on the range of topics. We showed you how to bring your factory to the latest trends in automotive production.

LU-2828V - Semi-dry Direct-drive, 1-needle, Unison-feed, Lockstitch Sewing System with automatic thread trimmer

The shorter-thread remaining type LU-2828V-7 is a high-performance sewing machine. It leaves a shorter thread on the material at the beginning of sewing by means of the needle thread clamp device, as well as at the end of sewing by means of the thread trimmer which

is provided with a shorter-thread remaining function. This means that manual thread nipping both at the beginning and at the end of sewing is no longer required, thereby helping reduce operator fatigue. Thanks to the adoption of a 2.7-fold hook, the frequency of bobbin thread changing is reduced and workability is improved.

AMS-251 - Head turning type1 needle CNC sewing machine

AMS-251 is a high end 1 needle sewing machine provided with a machine-head-turning-mechanism. The new model guarantees high quality seams uniformly in every sewing direction. JUKI’s unique synchronization technology guarantees stable control of the machine head, hook an feed mechanism, thereby creating the most favorable seams. With it’s sewing area of “1.000 mm × 600 mm” the AMS-251 is best suited to the sewing of decorative stiches and large size products. The AMS-251 is ideally suited to the sewing of decorative stiches on car seats and luxury bags as well as air bags and other large size products with zero design tolerance for irregular stitching.

PLC-2761V - Semi-dry Direct-drive, Post-bed, Unison-feed, Lockstitch Sewing System with Vertical-axis Large Hook

This new model “PLC-2700V-7” digitalizes adjustment values required for sewing and easily transfers them to the main body of sewing machine by means of the ICT. Five adjustment values (stitch length, presser foot height, pressure foot pressure, alternate vertical movement amount of the walking foot and needle thread tension) required for sewing are digitalized. It is the most advanced sewing machine which is best-suited to the sewing of heavy weight materials sewing processes such as car-seats, sofas and sports goods. The long distance from the machine arm to the needle contributes to improved workability.

JEUX SFR-7000 - A facial recognition device is a great security device as it authenticates by recognizing people's faces.

The modern JEUX SFR-7000 device gives a chance to improve the quality of life and increases our safety. We meet the challenges posed by presenting the Access Control System. It is ready to be installed quickly and run by yourself. The SFR-7000 can be mounted on a wall, attached to table top, stand independently on a tripod.

The most important feature of the device is independent measurement wherever there is a large flow of people, ensuring control in a short reaction time. These are among others: shopping mall, business center, warehouse facility, dental clinics, kindergarten, companies offices, manufacturing facility, fitness clubs, schools, airports etc..
