DNU-1541/X55245 is able to sew a broad range of materials from genuine leather materials to lining materials. Excellent seam tightness on genuine leather and far less puckering on lining.

The machine head is designed to optimum balance, thereby reducing vibration and noise in order to have comfortable working environment for the operator.

A high & long arm of DU-1481-7 together with its top & bottom feed mechanism and 16 mm lift of the presser foot dramatically increase performance when sewing large, heavy-weight materials such as large products such as sofas and car seats.

The maximum stitch length is 10 mm. The complete rectangular feed locus enables accurate feed of extra heavy materials while preventing stitch gathering. With its sufficient needlebar stroke of 38 mm and long 190R needle, the machine supports the sewing of extra heavy materials. The machine comes with an extra large steel handwheel with a diameter as large as cp175.

Thanks to Automatic Thread Trimmer With a rigid knife and improved cam shape, LU-1511N-7 achieves consistent trimming regardless of thickness thereby improving thread consumption efficiency.

The machine is equipped with a rectangular feeding motion mechanism which promises consistent feed of materials of all thickness without stitch gathering.
