Dual Cylinder-bed Ultrasonic Welding Machine
The LWU-3015 is a machine which is part of Juki portfolio. This machine uses ultrasonic welding of fabrics to bond them together instead of stitches. It creates seamless finishing's that are comfortable to wear and allow for high stretchiness making them very suitable for the joining of fabrics in sport clothing. Seam tape can also be used to enhance the bond (on one side) and create a waterproof seal add to the design of a product. The bonding technic is perfectly suited for non-woven fabric.
Semi-Dry Head, Digital Zigzag Stitching Sewing System
The LZ-2290 Series has two specifications of full digital and digital. In the full digital specification, Vertical, Horizontal feeding mechanism are motorized to allow simplified parameter adjustments via the control panel. Feed timing which traditionally requires long duration of adjustment can now be simply changed via the control panel. System also allows changes from （Soft ⇔ Standard ⇔ Hard） settings based on the process suitability. Also, fabric slip prevention feeding locus can be changed to further increase range of workable material.
MF-7900D Series Semi-dry Head, Cylinder-bed, Bottom Coverstitch Machine with Digital Type Top Feed
The machine is provided with the digital type top feed mechanism. This mechanism prevents problems, such as twist of fabric, uneven material feed, skew of grain and stitch gathering on multi-layered sections of material, which are likely to occur when sewing elastic materials, thereby achieving stable seam quality.
4-needle, Feed-off-the-arm, Flat seamers, Top and Bottom Coverstitch Machine
A direct-drive servomotor has been introduced as an addition to the MF Series of JUKI sewing machines. The enhanced responsiveness of the MF-3620 gives the operator complete control over the material when sewing curved sections. The thread take-up mechanism arranged on the outside of the arm, prevents the entry of oil splashes and dust. The MF-3620 is also configured with Juki's unique oil-thrower mechanism to protect the looper section from oil infiltration. Try it for yourself.
Semi-dry-head, High-speed, Overlock/Safety Stitch Machine
Juki's dry technology has been adopted for the MO-6800D Series which produces seams of delicate quality and feel as well as achieves excellent cost-effectiveness. This is a semi-dry head overlock machine with the dry mechanism which eliminates oil-splashing problem. With 7000 sti/min and the option of 1,2 and 3 needle versions the diversification of product that can be sewn is huge. Perfect for sewing t-shits, sweaters, jackets, tracksuits and underwear just for beginning, but also for a various other tasks.
Pattern seamer
PS-800 is a pattern seamer provided with Juki's exclusive machine head. It is able to carry out pattern sewing of large products flexibility. The PS-800 has achieved the industry's highest speed of 3000 sti/min. With this sewing machine, quilting and runstitching for processes for sewing down jackets, military wear, backpacks and winter sportswear can be carried out only with one setup operation.
