Thread Heat Trimming Device
This device uses heat to cut thread with no fabric damage.
Attribu tes:
 The angle of the finger means that the cut is consistent without machine settings needing to be adjusted.
 Users can now quickly switch between different material thicknesses without having to adjust the machine settings (one layer to two layers to three layers etc.)
 This device burns the end of the thread, singeing it to ensure it remains on the correct side of the material .
 Results in a clean stitch at the beginning of the sewing process.
 This patented modification allows for a more accurate cut as well as guaranteeing process consistency.
 Used in combination with the thread puller device, it shortens the length of the remaining thread at the start of sewing.
 Time will no longer be spent changing the machine settings or manually trimming thread.
Colour-Bobbin-Monitoring System
The bobbin is imprinted with colors in a specific combination and a light sensor monitors the color sequence. The sensor automatically detects a wrong colour combination (if loaded backwards).
Attributes:
 Monitoring of broken bobbin thread
 Monitoring of bobbin placement and rotation ensure the bobbin is loaded correctly.
 Monitoring of stopped bobbins to avoid fake-seams
 Monitoring of upper thread and safe detection of thread breakage which second monitor.
 Used in combination with the automatic bobbin changer vastly improves productivity.
Residual Bobbin Thread Detector
The sensor detects the remaining thread in the bobbin, highlighting when the bobbin is nearly empty and informing the operator through the control panel. This prevents bobbin running out before sewing process is finished and improves productivity.
Automatic Bobbin Changer
Allows for the bobbin to be changed automatically with no need for the operator to manually replace it.
Attributes:
 Fully automated detection and exchange of empty to full bobbins and bobbin-cases during production process when used in combination with the detector.
 Minimal production downtime and drastic production increases
 Available for 2 and 8 bobbins depending on your needs
