Universal ultrasonic machine with two automatically exchangeable arms- post and cylinder-type. Thanks to variable arms, machine can be used for any application, no matter what shape or size has the welded item. It can additionally be equipped with many different types of wheels (for welding only or for cut & weld operations), depending on the type of the fabric used or the seam-type that needs to be achieved. Both speed and the amplitude are set on the touch-panel and the pressure of the wheels is set on the manual dial attached to machine’s body.

Ultrasonic technology allows to join two pieces of fabric together (min. 50% has to be synthetic) without using any needle or thread. The final seam is much flatter and water-/windproof, as well as much more pleasant for the human skin than conventional sewing seam. Therefore, this technology is more and more frequently used in industries such as: sportswear, lingerie, swimwear, as well as protective workwear, army equipment or industrial filters.
