The machine us provided with the digital type top feed mechanism. This mechanism prevents problems, such as twist of fabric, uneven material feed, skew of grain and stitch gathering on multi-layered sections of material, which are likely to occur when sewing elastic material, thereby achieving stable seam quality.

Product overview
This new MF model comes with a world-first belt-feed system which is digitally controlled. It allows for fine and consistent seams regardless of the number of layers of fabric. The feeding system also has the benefit of delivering a even feed even for materials with slippery surfaces such as silk. The machine has been digitalized to allow for easy adjustment of settings such as the feed mechanism, thread tension and the feed locus, all through the operation panel. This digitization mean extremely accurate adjustments can be made to the machine with manual work. Such adjustments can then be replicated to other machines in a sewing line exactly ensuring the same sewing result.
Digital setting of the top feed mechanism
Digital setting of the top feed mechanism can be carried out with jog dial with control panel. (Top feed amount can be adjusted and stored directly in memory).
The machine is provided with the digital type top feed mechanism.
This mechanism prevents problems, such as twist of fabric, uneven material feed, skew of grain and stitch gathering on multi-layered sections of material, which are likely to occur when sewing elastic materials, thereby achieving stable seam quality.
Fabric damages of sewn products are eliminated.
The digital type top feed mechanism smoothly and consistently feeds the material straight, thereby preventing wobbling of the material.In comparison with the differential top and bottom feed mechanism, the top feed mechanism does not leave damages and marks on the material even when a light-weight material is used.
Flat and soft seams (H24)
The sewing machine produces seams with no semi-cylindrical swells by performing sewing while making the feeding lengths of the right and left needle threads equal.
Reduction in setup time
Digital setting of the top feed mechanism enables easy adjustment of sewing even when the product to be sewn is changed, thereby reducing the setup time.
