Juki PS-800 computer-controlled pattern seamer is available in two sewing area sizes, 1200 x 800mm or 800 x 450mm, depends on your needs. It ensures sewing speed up to 3000 sti/min. and supports various materials. Machine guarantees high precision and quality together with easy operation which does not require a skilled operator. Model is equipped with an intuitive panel and useful features. PS-800 can be equipped with a JUKI custom made clamp tailored perfectly to your production needs.
The dry head machine achieves max. speed 3,000sti/min with supporting various sewing and materials.

Product overview
This pattern seamer is provided with a semi-dry head which has adopted the advanced oil-less machine head technology. In addition, the machine supports many different materials. Furthermore since the height of the lower dead point of the intermediate presser can be steplessly changed even during sewing through the operation panel, the machine can be effectively used for sewing multi-layered portions of material. Sewing problems such as stitch skipping and thread breakage can be prevented by the intermediate presser which securely clamps the material.
Olis Stain Are Prevented
The machine head has adopted the advanced dry technology (no lubrication is required). Only the hook needs lubrication. The dry head is very effecive when sewing materials on which oil stains are likely to spread such as those for down jackets.
Height of the intermediate presser at its lower dead point can be adjusted on the operation panel. It is possible to change the intermediate presser height at its lower dead point steplessly during sewing. This feature is paricularly effective when sewing multi-layered portions of material. Since the material is stably held by the intermediate presser, sewing troubles such as stitch skipping and thread breakage are prevented.
Operation Panel
The sewing pattern data formats such as DXF, AI, PLT and DST are supported. Sewing pattern data in these formats are widely used in many sewing plants. As a result, the operation panel is able to use the customers existing sewing pattern data immediately. As many as 999 sewing patterns can be saved on the large-capacity memory of the operation panel.
Patterns are identified by means of RFID to enable automatic reading of sewing data
Sewing patterns are automatically identified by means of RFID to automatically call up the relevant sewing program, thereby starting sewing quickly.
