With the new digital LU-2800V-7 head incorporated in the existing SADE framework you are now able to capture track and monitor even more machine parameters vital in the safety seam process. TheLU-2800V-7 head allows for all sewing parametersto be set digitally and limit the ranges set ensuring eeven more thorough documentation than what ispossible on the standard LU head. This version of the SADE is for a control over the production process. The SADE Digital is available with a LU-2828V-7 short thread trimming type with a 2.7 fold-capacity hook with unison feed machineor the LU-2810V-7 standard trimming type with a 22.0 fold-capacity hook.
Activity logs ensure the specification of the materials involved in the sewing process are fully correct and documented. Sensors log which thread is needed for a particular product and will only allow sewing once it is confirmed.
The SADE system comes with an integrated webserver which ensure all the collected data is stored safely and accessible to key stakeholders.
Programmable labelling machine means consistent accurate information is maintained throughout the sewing process.
The system comes with active tension which automatically adjust the thread tension to ensure it correct even when there is inconsistencies in the material i.e. we attaching the label.
