PLK-J4040/PLK-J6040 selects the optimum tension according to the stitching pattern. The fabric pressing time and timing can be adjusted digitally for high quality stitches. Mix between intermitent and continuous system motion reduces vibration and noise to optimize the sewing. E-stitch guarantees perfect thread maintain at start-up and the Modular concept (4 different hooks) available for the highest flexibility and to meet all your specific needs: Shuttle / Rotary / Rotary x3 / Rotary Heavy. Machine is equipped with the "Pokayoke"which prevents from human error, the materials thickness confirmation function and the seam error detection function.
